Summer Training Program

Pre-Season - Summer Training Program (2010-2004)

Purpose:

The purpose of the Pre-Season Summer training program (STP) is to provide a high-level training environment during Pre-Season for the players. It is designed to be an intense environment in order to help the players physically prepare for the upcoming Club and College season.

Sessions will be progressive in nature and focus on technical, tactical, and physical training using a series of individual activities, small sided games/activities, and large games in order to create a high-level environment where players can improve and prepare themselves for the season ahead.

The curriculum will address the physical and technical needs to allow for the players participating to be prepared, sharp, and healthy going into their seasons.

Details:

  • $135/week (3 camps in June $360,  3 camps in July $360)

  • 3 Week program , 12 Sessions x 90 minutes. Phase 1 (6/10 - 6/28), Phase 2 (7/22 - 8/9)

  • Time: 9:30AM – 11:00AM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday sessions lasting 90 minutes Camp 2 is in the evening 6:00PM-7:30PM

  • Location: Campbell Road Sports Park - 3601 Campbell RD, Houston 77080

  • Sessions will be conducted by our professional staff


Why Should You Participate?

Getting fit on your own can be hard, finding the motivation to do so can be difficult. Our program allows for like-minded male and female players to enter an environment where they can work towards the goal of being successful in the season ahead.

Training with players who all have the same goal in mind assists with motivation and makes for a more productive training environment.

Getting a head start on fitness with a ball and through training activities to not only be fit physically, but technically sharp can make a player feel more comfortable coming into the season and to help set the players up for success!

STP Phase 1: 3 weeks (6/10 - 6/28)

  • 90 mins: 9:30AM-11:00AM Camp 1 & 3, Camp 2** 6:00PM-7:30PM

  • Camp 1: Strikers vs Keepers LINK June 10,11 - 13,14

  • Camp 2**: Speed & Agility LINK June 17,18 - 20,21

  • Camp 3: Strikers vs Keepers LINK June 24, 25 - 27,28

  • ALL 3 Camps LINK

STP Phase 2: 3 weeks (7/22 - 8/9)

  • 90 mins: 9:30AM-11:00AM

  • Camp 4: Pre Season LINK July 22,23 - 25,26

  • Camp 5: Pre Season LINK July 29, 30 - August 1, 2

  • Camp 6: Pre Season LINK August 5, 6 - 8, 9

  • ALL 3 Camps LINK

There is a $50 administrative fee for cancellation prior to the beginning of camp. NO REFUND after the start of camp
